There will be up to 3 Board of Director positions up for election. All nominations for the Board
come from the Nomination Committee or by petition. Nominations by petition must be signed
by a minimum of 87 qualified voting-age Sunlight Federal Credit Union members.

Yes, you can maintain both types of IRAs at the same time. You can even make contributions to both types of IRAs in the same year. But your contributions to both Roth and traditional IRAs cannot exceed the maximum contribution limit for all IRAs.
